Update: Body Found in Feather River

 On May 9, 2017, the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the identity of the body recovered from the Feather River, near the Live Oak Recreation Park, Live Oak.   The body was identified through dental records as Alycia (Aly) Leane Yeoman, 20 years old, from Gridley, CA, who was reported missing to the Gridley-Biggs Police Department on April 1, 2017.

The cause and manner of death is still under investigation. There is no further information at this time.

The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office extends our deepest sympathies to the Aly Yeoman family. We would like to thank the public and media in assisting us with this investigation.
